Delivery

New Zealand

Delivery is $8.00 for all orders and will be delivered tracked via NZPost or Fastway Courier .After receipt of payment allow 3-5 days for delivery

Australia

Delivery fee is $20.00 .Delivery will be via NZ and Australian Post. After receipt of payment allow 10 days for delivery.

 

Delivery times are estimates only, we endeavour to deliver within the specified time but we do not take responsibility for any other times outside the estimated date.

Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel.

Delivery is complete when the goods arrive at the destination supplied by you the customer.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on stock items within 7 days of receipt, provided the items returned are in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of special orders unless the goods are faulty. The cost of delivery for returned items is at your expense,however if the goods are faulty we will credit the cost of postage to your account.

Cheques

We accept cheques from within  New Zealand only. Note that your order will be dispatched when the cheque has been cleared.

Currency/Taxes

All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.GST does not apply to sale of goods to destinations outside New Zealand.

Purchaser is responsible for any customs or import duties at the country of destination.The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand  dollars at the exchange rate the day it is purchased.

We will also use your details to keep you informed about new products , promotions and venues in the future . All email communication from us will allow you to unsubscribe   and by doing so you will no longer receive communications from us.

Orders/Cancellation

Any order for non stock items, by this I refer to items made to measure especially for you, will require a 50% non refundable deposit

These orders take between 6 to 8 weeks, but may take longer depending on the season.
